  • External and internal panel covering: pre-painted flat steel sheets in white color RAL9016 (coated with thickness of 7micron primer and 25micron final epoxy coat)
  • Panel insulation is polyurethane rigid foam (density 40Kg/M3)
  • Thickness 40 mm for side walls, roof and tail door
  • Floor panel made by checkered or flat steel
  • Inside and outside frame made by aluminum profiles
  • Sub frame made from high tensile steel all welded construction, reinforced, painted with epoxy primer. All steel fabrication protected with anticorrosive preparation during assembly.
  • Double wing door with mild steel frame, each door equipped with 3 stainless steel hinges, stainless steel external locking bar and complete with sealing PVC profiles.
  • Seal inside and outside of box by PU adhesives.
